Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Blackberries
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup of Natural Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of Natural Honey
Instructions
Wash your blackberries once you have picked them to remove any insects.
Peel the banana and mash it lightly with a fork.
Put the berries, banana, yogurt and 1 large teaspoon of honey into a bowl. Use a hand blender or any blender to mix the ingredients.
