Monthly online Gatherings, tastings and in-person Tables are in the works. They'll arrive as the club grows, and members hear about them first.
Inside the Harvest Feed
The feed is where the club hangs out between harvests. Orchard owners, farm owners, foragers, fruit pickers and food lovers all share one cozy feed: itineraries worth stealing, honest farm reviews, foraging finds, hauls and recipes, and hard-won tips.
Anyone can read along, but posting, commenting and rating are for members, so the conversation stays friendly and trusted.
Who it's for
The Harvest Club is for anyone who lights up at the words “the plums are ready”. Orchard keepers and city dwellers, hedgerow foragers and fruit pickers, jam makers and people who have never touched a jam jar.
You don't need a garden. You don't need to know a single thing about wine or wild food. Some of our members have a full allotment and a decade of preserves behind them; others have a single windowsill and good intentions. Both are 100% the right fit.

Questions you might have
- Do I need to be an expert forager or gardener?
- Nope! Roughly half our members start with zero experience. We explain everything in plain English, and nobody is ever tested.
- Do I need a garden?
- Not at all. A lot of our members grow in pots, containers, and windowsills, or simply love visiting other people's orchards.
- How do I get into the Harvest Feed?
- Every member gets a seat. Once your membership is confirmed, you can post, comment and rate in the feed: itineraries, farm reviews, foraging finds and tips. Anyone can read along, but posting is members-only so it stays a friendly, trusted corner.
- Can I share my own recipe?
- Yes. Members can send in a favourite orchard, garden or wild food recipe from the recipes page: your name, the recipe name, ingredients and method, plus the story behind it or a photo link if you feel like it. I read every one, and the best may be added to the recipes here.
- What does my membership pay for?
- It keeps the orchard map, the season guides and the u-pick directories free for everyone, powers The Forager newsletter, and funds the community features we're building, like the Harvest Feed and, soon, the monthly Gatherings.
- When do the monthly Gatherings start?
- When the club is ready. Monthly online Gatherings are being developed now and will launch once we have a founding group of members. Everyone gets plenty of notice, and members get first access.
- Can I join if I live outside Ireland?
- Absolutely. The newsletter and the feed are online, and members join from all over the world.
- I don't use euros, can I pay in dollars?
- Yes! We welcome members from all over. Membership is €8 / about $9 a month, or €80 / about $88 a year, and Substack handles the conversion automatically at checkout.
- Can I cancel if my plans change?
- Of course. You can cancel anytime with a single click. No awkward phone calls, no tedious forms.
